Shipping Policy

Noveil ships within the United States only, and every order is made for you once it is placed.

• Processing time: Orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment. During launches and holidays, allow a few extra days.
• Delivery time: Standard U.S. delivery takes about 3–5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. These are estimates and can run longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.
• Shipping cost: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.
• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
• Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot change an address once production has started, and orders returned because of an incorrect address may be re-shipped at your cost.
• Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date, if it never arrives) and we will replace it or refund you.
• Duties and international orders: We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
